A six part monthly series for better developing mindful and intentional living practices.
Class 1 - Breathing and Meditation Practices - An extensive look at our breath and its effects on our nervous system. We will briefly cover the “8 Limbs of Yoga” and how to better utilize breath to energize your physical asana practice. We will discuss ways to manipulate our breath in our day to day lives, so as to decrease the levels of stress hormones from our bodies “Fight or Flight” nervous system responses. Lastly, better breath practices to enhance and develop your meditation practice.
