Did you know that there are two parts to your body’s nervous system?

  • One part is responsible for how we react to stress. This is sometimes referred to as the “fight or flight response”

  • The other system helps restores the body to a calm and composed state and prevents it from overworking

During this class, you will learn how these two systems affect our physical and mental health and how to use yoga, meditation, and breathing to keep these systems in balance.

This class is Free for unlimited members and 1 class credit for others.
